Cancel account?

you should be able to cancel it yourself thru the account login

What do i click? I go to renew services and nothing no cancel anything

I've never personally cancled a personal account, so I am not quite sure what to click. I've been told you can do it tho. I can cancel and remove your account from the back end, but I do not know if it will remove your payment option. If you have already stopped payments, then I can go ahead and purge your account.

your cancel your account in renewly... ive done it... it was a pull down that i had to change to cancel... they might have changed it since Oct09
